The Essence of this Blog.

A South African Blog. Cultivating a green mind for a green environment through the art of writing.

A pinch of Salt…

We look at the world through a false glass box as if there is an “I” and an “IT”. Never considering that any destruction to the environment leads to an equally scaled destruction of ourselves. What if our deteriorating mental health is due to our disintegrating Earth? What if we are part of it all, intrinsically woven into this biological paradise and like every other living organism, we need it to thrive in order to survive? What is the correlation between the garden that is your mind and the external garden, which is the world?

What if the cure to the epidemic of humans feeling isolated is as simple as returning back to nature? Here at Garden Reality, we encourage tree-hugging and running barefoot in the wild. We can step into the deep tresses of nature by stepping outside or opening our mind through imagination that writing sets for us.

So let’s explore our infinite Universe.
